What you will do

• Design and develop scalable software components for structured and unstructured datasets.
• Build and maintain data processing pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage.
• Apply statistical modeling to optimize system throughput, latency, and reliability.
• Own the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Identify and integrate new external technologies to transform financial business platforms.
• Train and mentor junior team members to foster technical growth.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with 3 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Java or C++.
• Experience building multi-threaded, service-oriented enterprise applications in a UNIX environment.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, REST, and backend technologies like Spring or Hibernate.
• Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Proficiency in RDBMS (Sybase/Oracle) and query languages including SQL or NoSQL.
