What you will do
- Proactively solicit and manage sales opportunities to achieve personal and location sales goals.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers through sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, and trade shows.
- Coordinate sales efforts with off-property sales channels to avoid duplication and ensure smooth execution.
- Execute operational aspects of booked business, including generating proposals, writing contracts, and handling customer correspondence.
- Use market and competitor insights (economic trends, supply and demand) to identify and close the best opportunities.
- Provide accurate turnover to Event Management and support customer service standards to drive loyalty and account growth.
Requirements
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field with 3 years of sales/marketing experience, or a 4-year bachelor’s degree with 1 year of sales/marketing experience.
- Experience in sales and marketing or a related professional area.
- Ability to build relationships with customers and internal/external stakeholders to drive future bookings.
- Competence in preparing proposals, writing contracts, and managing customer communications.
- Strong understanding of market trends and target customer needs to maximize revenue.
