What you will do

  • Develop and lead integrated partner marketing strategies across partner channels
  • Own program performance, including partner-sourced pipeline and ROI
  • Translate business and partner objectives into effective joint marketing plans
  • Influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional and partner teams
  • Identify, scale, and improve successful partner programs and best practices
  • Coach and develop team members while driving innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, partner marketing, or channel marketing
  • Strong experience in B2B technology environments
  • Proven ability to build and execute complex partner marketing programs and co-marketing campaigns
  • Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills with a track record of measurable pipeline and revenue impact
  • Ability to work effectively in complex matrixed organizations
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this role
