Salary: $180,000–$220,000.

What you will do

• Negotiate complex agreements with product issuers and financial institution platform users.
• Assess and mitigate legal, regulatory, and reputational risks for product offerings.
• Collaborate with business teams to provide strategic legal advice on day-to-day operations.
• Analyze cross-border legal and regulatory requirements for global product offerings.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and FINRA rules.
• Member in good standing of the New York Bar or another state/jurisdiction.
• Must be able to work in the Greenwich, CT office Monday-Thursday.

Nice to have

• Experience at a law firm or in-house at a broker-dealer.
• Specific experience supporting a structured product desk.
