Structured Investments Attorney - Assistant Vice President / Vice President (Fintech)

Location: Greenwich, Connecticut, United States; office work Monday–Thursday with remote flexibility on Friday

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 base salary

What you will do

• Negotiate complex agreements with structured investment and annuity product issuers and financial institution users.
• Assess and mitigate legal, regulatory, and reputational risks related to product offerings and financial technology services.
• Advise the Structured Investments and Annuities business teams on strategic initiatives and day-to-day matters.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and business teams on product and platform matters.
• Analyze cross-border legal and regulatory requirements and provide guidance to business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and FINRA rules.
• Admission in good standing to the New York Bar or another state or jurisdiction.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn new topics and work in an evolving business environment.

Nice to have

• Law firm or in-house experience at a broker-dealer.
• Experience supporting a structured product desk.
