What you will do

• Design and deliver high-quality software features from requirements to production.
• Debug complex system issues and implement observability through logging and metrics.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Mentor junior engineers and perform thorough code reviews.
• Drive improvements to code quality, tooling, and technical standards.
• Handle ambiguity and make progress on evolving project requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in .NET Core, .NET Framework, Entity Framework, and Web APIs.
• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
• Strong skills in Node.js, Angular or React, TypeScript, and Python.
• Experience with CI/CD practices and microservices architecture.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs, RAG, and vector databases.
• Cloud experience with AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of multi-tenant architectures and message queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with Docker and containerization.
• Background in occupational health, safety, or sustainability software.
