What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain core capabilities for the Agents & Automations platform.
• Develop product features that allow users to create, run, debug, and evaluate AI agents.
• Own features end-to-end, from initial technical design through implementation and launch.
• Work across the stack, contributing to both frontend product surfaces and backend systems.
• Collaborate with product, design, and modeling teams to define and ship measurable improvements.
• Actively utilize AI tools in the development process while remaining accountable for code quality.

Requirements

• Experience building, shipping, and operating production software used by real customers.
• Comfortability working across backend, frontend, data, and infrastructure boundaries.
• Strong product judgment and a deep care for the end-user experience.
• High agency, with the ability to tinker, learn quickly, and drive change independently.
• Clear communication skills and a habit of documenting important technical decisions.
• Ability to maintain a high bar for correctness and maintainability while moving quickly.
