What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable backend services and fullstack features.
• Design and optimize complex SQL database schemas and queries.
• Create well-documented RESTful APIs for integration with frontend and mobile applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers through code reviews.
• Deploy and manage applications on Azure using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure high availability and system reliability.

Requirements

• Must live in the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area or be willing to relocate.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, or Fastify.
• Advanced SQL skills (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) and ORM experience.
• Experience with React, Next.js, and React Native.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and containerization (Docker).
• Ability to work during 9-5 CST business hours.
