Sr. Equity ETF Strategist (Fintech): Driving the growth and market positioning of equity ETF products through macro analysis and strategic communication with an accent on capital markets expertise and product development. Focus on serving as the primary voice for the product line in media and industry events while collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute distribution strategies.

Location: Must be based in Downers Grove, Illinois (Hybrid: 4 days per week in-office required).

Salary: $120,000–$180,000 annually.

What you will do

• Drive growth of the equity ETF product line in partnership with sales, marketing, and portfolio management teams.
• Serve as the primary voice for the product line in media interviews, industry conferences, and sponsored events.
• Develop and manage product-specific insights, competitive analysis, and performance commentaries.
• Partner with Sales to execute distribution strategies and participate in client meetings.
• Monitor macroeconomic conditions and equity market signals to formulate actionable investment positioning.
• Identify new product opportunities and assess existing lines for potential enhancements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of investment management or research experience with a strong understanding of equity markets.
• ETF and/or index product knowledge and relevant industry experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 65/66 licenses required.
• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Proven ability to present effectively to large audiences at corporate and industry events.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, CIMA, or CFP designation.
