What you will do

• Provide technical support for global DMFI Portfolio Managers, Traders, and the investment team.
• Act as a primary liaison between 3rd party trading vendors, internal technical teams, and end-users.
• Serve as the first point of contact for production-related outages and daily system queries.
• Coordinate the onboarding of new trading applications and portfolio managers in collaboration with the COO.
• Automate and optimize internal processes to enhance vendor platform performance.
• Assist Trading Assistants and Operations in resolving trade failures.

Requirements

• Experience in financial services and supporting trading desks and portfolio managers.
• Strong knowledge of various macro and fixed income asset classes.
• Experience supporting front office vendor fixed income trading systems.
• Strong business analysis and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Must be based in New York, NY.

Nice to have

• Exposure to APIs and proven AI tooling experience.
• Knowledge of Credit trading applications.
• Experience with Bloomberg terminal.
• Familiarity with vendor trading systems such as Neovest, TT, BidFX, Portware, Coremont, or Tradeweb.
