What you will do
- Provide direct and logical support for IT devices, including hardware replacement, RAM upgrades, and software updates.
- Troubleshoot and document hardware and software faults, ensuring timely remediation.
- Monitor helpdesk phones and ticketing systems to manage user requests and connectivity issues.
- Validate network access for onboarding users and ensure all security requirements are met.
- Issue IT equipment to user groups and provide training on proper usage.
- Maintain system updates and patches to ensure optimal performance and security.
Requirements
- Must possess Security+ certification.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1β2 years of relevant IT support experience.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to work onsite in Colorado Springs, CO.
