Salary: $85,000–$100,000 (Base $60k–$70k + Commission $25k–$30k).

What you will do
- Support customers throughout the entire lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, and retention.
- Formulate and maintain a regular meeting cadence with assigned accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve business goals and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to drive upgrades and migrations.
- Proactively address customer experience issues and serve as an escalation point.
- Measure and improve customer health, engagement, and value realization.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US (no visa sponsorship or relocation provided).
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer support or entry-level account management.
- Basic understanding of relational databases and concepts.
- Ability to develop and maintain C-Level relationships.
- Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver custom ROI analysis with minimal guidance.
