Associate Customer Success Manager (Database): Managing the long-term success, value, and retention of a customer portfolio for hirify.global database solutions with an accent on relationship building, adoption, and business goal alignment. Focus on guiding customers through onboarding, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high customer health and retention.

Location: Remote (US only), with a preference for candidates in the Austin, TX area.

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 (Base $60k–$70k + Commission $25k–$30k).

What you will do

  • Support customers throughout the entire lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, and retention.
  • Formulate and maintain a regular meeting cadence with assigned accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve business goals and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to drive upgrades and migrations.
  • Proactively address customer experience issues and serve as an escalation point.
  • Measure and improve customer health, engagement, and value realization.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US (no visa sponsorship or relocation provided).
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer support or entry-level account management.
  • Basic understanding of relational databases and hirify.global concepts.
  • Ability to develop and maintain C-Level relationships.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver custom ROI analysis with minimal guidance.

  • Knowledge and understanding of databases.
  • Track record of working effectively with internal and customer teams.
  • Proficiency in a foreign language.
