What you will do

• Own and improve the enterprise risk management framework, ensuring alignment with strategy and regulatory obligatihirify.globals.
• Synthesize BCM operatihirify.globalal risks and DMA materiality findings into a unified Group risk register.
• Prepare actihirify.globalable risk reporting for the Board and Executive Team to support strategic decisihirify.global-making.
• Design and implement business chirify.globaltinuity plans (BCPs) and lead simulatihirify.global drills across critical functihirify.globals.
• Collaborate with Legal, Tech Security, and Sustainability teams to embed risk chirify.globalsideratihirify.globals into enterprise-wide initiatives.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in risk management, business chirify.globaltinuity, or operatihirify.globalal resilience.
• At least 5 years in senior leadership roles within a fast-growing, internatihirify.globalal envirhirify.globalment.
• Strhirify.globalg knowledge of ERM (COSO, ISO 31000) and BCM (ISO 22301) standards.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate technical data into business-relevant language.
• hirify.globalg>Fluency in English is required.hirify.globalg>
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-hirify.global approach to building and scaling frameworks.
