What you will do

• Manage end-to-end accounting for the Swiss legal entity to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.
• Act as the primary interface with the Shared Service Center (AP, AR, GL, T&E).
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities in line with Group timelines.
• Prepare statutory financial statements according to Swiss CO and IFRS.
• Lead external audit coordination and implement remediation actions.
• Maintain internal controls and compliance with DoA/SoD principles.

Requirements

• Senior-level expertise in statutory accounting, IFRS, and Swiss CO.
• Experience owning accounting outcomes within an SSC operating model.
• Proven track record in financial reporting and managing external audits.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably IFS.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
