What you will do

• Lead financial reporting, planning, and closing activities for Run-the-Bank (RtB) and Change-the-Bank (CtB) portfolios.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to provide a decision basis for technology portfolio management.
• Drive strategic initiatives and projects in collaboration with Finance, Group IT, and the Transformation Office.
• Manage transformational activities related to front-to-back processes and governance topics.
• Execute ad-hoc analyses and prepare high-visibility presentations for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Econometrics or a comparable field.
• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the banking sector or technology-focused consulting.
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and quantitative modeling skills.
• Proven project management skills and the ability to collaborate with senior management.

Nice to have

• Programming skills in VBA, Python, SQL, or R.
• Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
