What you will do

• Evaluate mortgage requests within personal approval authority, assessing creditworthiness and structural risks.
• Provide qualified recommendations to Mortgage Advisors and Relationship Managers.
• Ensure all transactions comply with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.
• Perform servicing and lifecycle administration of active mortgage facilities.
• Drive data quality improvements across mortgage positions.
• Contribute to process optimization and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in mortgage lending, preferably in private banking.
• Solid understanding of Swiss banking regulations and risk mitigation.
• Fluency in German or English required.
• Strong proficiency in French or Italian is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a collaborative environment.
