What you will do
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide accurate solutions to platform users.
- Educate customers on platform features, best practices, and processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to ensure high-quality support.
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support teams when necessary.
- Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be based in Ukraine.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic technical terminology.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
