Market Research Associate (AI)

What you will do

• Support qualitative and quantitative research projects, including surveys, product testing, co-creation, and interviews.
• Assist with project timelines, fieldwork execution, participant management, and research deliverables.
• Operate the in-house consumer research platform, monitor responses, troubleshoot issues, and support new feature rollouts.
• Analyze research data and prepare charts, tables, summaries, and draft reports.
• Identify consumer patterns, unmet needs, and actionable opportunities for Product Division, Marketing, and Data teams.
• Monitor respondent quality and help improve research processes, guidelines, and templates.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, marketing analytics, or a related field.
• Experience supporting end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research projects.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with AI tools for research design, data analysis, and report writing.
• English and Korean language skills.
• Bachelor of Arts degree required.

• Experience with research platforms, online panels, or community-based research tools.
• Experience in beauty, personal care, or consumer goods.
