Location: Onsite at the HQ in Port Washington, New York, United States
Salary: USD 22.75–44.50 per hour

What you will do
- Support brand identity, positioning, architecture, tone of voice, and visual and verbal guidelines across consumer touchpoints.
- Coordinate integrated campaigns, product launches, content calendars, website content, PDPs, email campaigns, and digital marketing assets.
- Support social commerce initiatives across TikTok Shop, affiliate programs, live commerce, and creator commerce.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships, product seeding, creator communications, UGC initiatives, PR gifting, and social buzz generation.
- Organize domestic and global marketing assets, toolkits, and localized materials for regional subsidiaries.
- Monitor campaign performance, social analytics, website traffic, engagement, ROI, and other brand KPIs while identifying optimization opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a Bachelor of Science in Marketing is required.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience or industry exposure, including brand marketing, digital marketing, social media, or related work.
- Experience supporting social media management, content development, and digital marketing across multiple platforms.
- Understanding of social media analytics, audience insights, KPI tracking, and performance optimization.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Portuguese fluency is preferred; experience in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or consumer brands is also preferred.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Shopify, Sprout Social, or similar tools.
- Experience working with influencers, creators, agencies, or external partners.
- Interest in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, and digital culture trends.
