Associate, International Marketing (Beauty)

Location: Onsite at the headquarters in Port Washington, New York, USA

Salary: USD 19.25–36.55 per hour

What you will do

• Create and design social media graphics for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
• Support filming, editing, and community management for international social channels.
• Conduct social media research, trend analysis, competitor research, and product sentiment reporting.
• Research brand partners, evaluate influencers, and support product collaboration campaigns.
• Maintain international website content and create trade marketing assets for retail partners.
• Coordinate feedback and asset delivery for global packaging development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience or industry exposure.
• Experience or knowledge in brand marketing.
• English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with social media content creation, influencer programs, digital marketing, packaging, or trade marketing.
• Exposure to international markets, including the UK, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
