What you will do

• Design power electronics platforms using SiC technologies.
• Run and analyze testing and validation of power systems.
• Build demo systems and present solutions to customers.
• Support product go-to-market and customer design-in activities.
• Create and deliver technical presentations, training, and webinars.
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and universities in a global, multicultural environment.

Requirements

• M.Sc. Degree or higher in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
• 5+ years in the semiconductor industry with a focus on power applications (WBG preferred).
• Strong experience in hardware design for SiC, GaN, and IGBT applications.
• Knowledge of thermal/mechanical design, gate driving, and inductance optimization.
• Proficiency in PCB design, simulation, and high-voltage lab environments.
• English: C1 (fluent) required
