What you will do

• Develop integrated plans to deliver the medium-term plan (MTP).
• Lead and deliver projects and initiatives to support growth ambitions.
• Manage a centralized business roadmap for commercial and transformation activity.
• Track progress against plans and identify actions to mitigate delays.
• Coordinate executive-level reporting, including MBRs and QBRs.
• Create structured presentations for senior stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• Commercial awareness and understanding of business performance drivers and KPIs.
• Experience in programme or project coordination within a commercial environment.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to build relationships across the organization.
• Ability to challenge performance constructively and drive accountability.
• Solid understanding of business strategy and organizational context.

Nice to have

• Experience in a strategy, planning, or transformation function.
