TL;DR
Central Expansion Lead (Fintech): Orchestrating end-to-end market entry strategies and operational playbooks for global expansion with an accent on regulatory compliance, cross-functional synchronization, and scalable process design. Location: Hybrid (Must be able to spend regular time in company hubs in the US or Europe).

What you will do
- Build and iterate the end-to-end market-entry playbook, including scoping, competitive analysis, and operational runbooks.
- Manage the master cross-market timeline, sequencing workstreams across regulatory, supply, legal, and hiring teams.
- Own the cross-market compliance strategy, including licensing, entity setup, and data compliance requirements.
- Enable and coordinate central and local teams to ensure consistent execution and unblock launch dependencies.
- Translate field launch experiences into actionable feedback for the product and platform engineering teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in market expansion, operations, or consulting at a company scaling into multiple markets simultaneously.
- Proven track record of launching 2+ markets end-to-end, specifically in regulated verticals like fintech, payments, or B2B tech.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to handle parallel workstreams across regulatory, technical, and commercial domains.
- Experience building processes, functions, or playbooks from scratch in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to make sound commercial judgments on market entry feasibility, sequencing, and ROI.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to align internal teams and external partners like regulators and carriers.
