What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize supervised, unsupervised, and LLM-based models for product capabilities.
• Translate experimental prototypes into scalable, maintainable production systems.
• Build and enhance ML infrastructure for feature extraction, training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Drive technical strategy for reproducibility, model versioning, and CI/CD automation.
• Collaborate with platform and DevOps teams to ensure observability and efficient compute usage.
• Mentor engineers on ML design patterns, experimentation frameworks, and software craftsmanship.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or software development.
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Proven track record of building and deploying ML models at production scale.
• Expertise in data pipelines, ETL, and frameworks like Spark, Airflow, or dbt.
• Solid knowledge of MLOps practices including monitoring, retraining, and CI/CD.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Experience with LLM-based solutions, embeddings, and RAG.
• Familiarity with identity, security, or enterprise SaaS systems.
