What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and roadmap creation to delivery and optimization.
• Translate complex customer and business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to build innovative, compliant, and scalable software solutions.
• Leverage data-driven insights to prioritize features and make informed decisions that align with strategic goals.
• Work closely with stakeholders in regulated industries to ensure compliance and user trust.
• Define and track key product metrics, evaluating performance and continuously iterating based on feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in SaaS, data, or API-driven products.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, and cloud-based software development.
• Background in or strong familiarity with compliance-heavy industries such as Fintech, Insurtech, or Medtech.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Experience working remotely and asynchronously with strong self-management abilities.
• Must be available within CET ±2 time zone.

Nice to have

• Experience working in the Industry 4.0 domain.
• Exposure to data security, compliance tech, or API-based ecosystems.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, or Confluence.
• German language skills.
