Senior Manager, SAP Order-to-Cash (ERP)

TL;DR

Senior Manager, SAP Order-to-Cash (SAP): Delivering and optimizing SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution capabilities with an accent on end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes in a regulated GxP environment. Focus on configuring intercompany O2C flows, aligning with global trade compliance, and executing the global O2C roadmap.

Location: Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland) - 3 days per week from the office

Salary: 276,000 - 345,000 PLN

What you will do

• Configure and enhance SAP SD O2C processes, including sales order management, pricing, and invoicing.
• Manage Customer Master Data via SAP Business Partners and handle complex intercompany O2C flows.
• Align O2C processes with import/export compliance and Global Trade Services requirements.
• Design and support SAP Fiori applications to improve usability and role-based access.
• Collaborate with FI, MM, and QM teams to ensure end-to-end process integrity during S/4HANA rollouts.
• Provide L2/L3 production support and ensure strict compliance with GxP, SOX, and CSV standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of SAP SD experience with hands-on configuration in S/4HANA or ECC.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes in complex global environments.
• Experience working within regulated environments and compliance frameworks (GxP, SOX, CSV).
• Working knowledge of adjacent SAP modules, specifically FI, MM, and QM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from the Warsaw office.

Nice to have

• Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience.
• Experience with ALE/IDoc scenarios and SAP PI/PO integrations.
• Knowledge of e-invoicing solutions and order automation tools.
• SAP certifications and international project experience.
