Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

Salary: 276,000 PLN – 345,000 PLN

What you will do

• Support AMS teams and drive continuous improvement for SAP Ariba modules including guided buying, sourcing, and supplier onboarding.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Ariba integrations with SAP MM and other procurement applications.
• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and fit-gap analysis to enhance compliance and user experience.
• Drive the full SDLC process from design and configuration to testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Collaborate with procurement stakeholders to develop roadmaps and prioritize system enhancements.
• Identify and implement opportunities for AI, analytics, and automation across the procurement landscape.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience supporting and enhancing SAP Ariba solutions.
• Strong understanding of P2P/S2P processes and integration with SAP.
• Proven experience with operational support, incident management, and SDLC methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Must be able to work from the Warsaw office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and SAP MM procurement processes.
• Knowledge of Ariba integration patterns and middleware.
• SAP Ariba or SAP certifications.
• Experience with global process standardization and rollout.
