What you will do

• Manage and maintain the subsidiary risk management framework, including policies and processes.
• Oversee the risk register, including identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of key risks.
• Monitor risk appetite and tolerance levels across the organization.
• Prepare ORSA reports in collaboration with Group ERM colleagues.
• Provide risk partnering and oversight to Branch Senior Management.
• Liaise with regulators and present reporting at committee and senior management meetings.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore
• Proven risk management experience within the insurance sector at a senior level.
• Experience working directly with regulators.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement comprehensive risk frameworks.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present complex risk information at an executive level.
