CISO (Global Product and Tech)

Location: Available to provide support during US business hours and participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain security controls to protect computer systems, networks, and information.
• Define security requirements and create detailed security plans for internal systems and cloud services.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify, fix, and reduce security issues across cloud systems, software, and processes.
• Develop technical solutions to improve security and automate repetitive security tasks; set up and troubleshoot security tools and services.
• Analyze system and security data to detect unusual or potentially harmful activity; document, monitor, and report on security systems and processes.
• Serve as a key expert for complex issues, including incident response support, and participate in after-hours on-call rotation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT or System teams within a software or cloud-based company.
• Hands-on experience with multiple cloud services.
• Practical networking and systems experience with tools such as Elastic, Okta, IDM, AD, Jamf, Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Experience responding to security incidents and analyzing system logs.
• Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages.
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to support during US business hours.

Nice to have

• Valid CompTIA CySA+ certification.
