What you will do

• Drive end-to-end ownership of cutover and production readiness planning for billing platform transitions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to align deliverables.
• Facilitate governance routines, status reporting, and go/no-go decision meetings.
• Oversee UAT activities, billing validation, and invoice accuracy checks.
• Define and validate rollback, contingency, and hypercare plans to ensure operational continuity.
• Manage the decommissioning of legacy platforms while maintaining compliance and documentation standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ukraine with availability for partial overlap to US Eastern Time.
• Proven experience in project or program management within complex technology delivery environments.
• Hands-on experience with system migrations, production cutovers, UAT, and hypercare phases.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to engage senior business and technical leaders.
• Excellent coordination, documentation, and governance capabilities.
• Readiness for potential business travel.

Nice to have

• Understanding of data validation processes, billing systems, or revenue-impacting platforms.
• Experience working with integration platforms such as Boomi.
• Experience in legacy system decommissioning contexts.
