What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of permanent and freelance auditors.
• Oversee the delivery of audit programs in compliance with FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, GMP+, BRCGS, and IFS.
• Monitor team productivity, utilization, and KPIs to ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and resource allocation for the audit team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and act as a senior escalation point.
• Support commercial teams with technical expertise during tenders and client discussions.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Significant experience in food safety, quality management, and certification auditing.
• Recognized 3rd party audit qualifications (e.g., BRCGS, IFS, GMP+, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000).
• Proven experience leading audit teams or managing technical professionals.
• Strong knowledge of accreditation requirements and audit methodologies.
