What you will do

• Manage diverse debtor portfolios across 18,000+ customers and 15 global entities, handling cultural differences, time zones, and communication styles.
• Drive timely follow-ups on outstanding invoices via phone and email to achieve successful collection outcomes.
• Assess customer creditworthiness and mitigate financial risk while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Resolve invoice disputes and keep an organized, up-to-date inbox.
• Collaborate daily with internal teams (Billing/AP, Accounting, Sales, Management, and other finance operations stakeholders).
• Lead credit control process improvements, optimize procedures, and enhance reporting systems using tools such as OnGuard and Unit4.

Requirements

• Permanent work and residence permit for the Netherlands (required).
• 3+ years of relevant experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Hands-on mentality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree.

• Professional proficiency in Arabic and/or Chinese.
