What you will do
- Monitor and optimize booking, ancillaries, and post-booking functionalities for regular airlines.
- Analyze booking data to detect trends, patterns, and root causes of errors.
- Maintain provider engine and direct integrations to ensure high performance in connectivity and content.
- Provide operational follow-up, including problem reporting and resolution tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Product, Engineering, and Customer Service to support business enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in regular flight distribution.
- High level of English proficiency required.
- Strong analytical and methodical approach to data-driven problem solving.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with business partners.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona.
Nice to have
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with BI tools such as SQL, BigQuery, Data Studio, or Microstrategy.
- Experience with applied AI tools like Gemini for workflow optimization.
