What you will do

• Take ownership of the testing strategy and plan all associated test activities.
• Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and design the testing environment.
• Implement, execute, and debug application test cases and scripts.
• Analyze functional and technical system designs to ensure maximum testability.
• Track defects, interpret test results, and report on progress, status, and trends.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, and software developers to maintain top-tier quality assurance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of overall IT experience, including at least 4 years as a Tester or Test Expert.
• Proven hands-on experience testing SharePoint-based applications.
• Practical proficiency with Azure DevOps Test Plans and creating SQL queries.
• Expert knowledge of unit, integration, functional, performance, stress, acceptance, and regression testing.
• English: B2 level (fluent) required, confirmed by a formal certificate.
• Must be based in Poland.
• ISTQB Advanced certification (or equivalent) OR 3 additional years of test management experience.
