TL;DR

Location: Fully Remote, but must be based in Poland

What you will do

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated performance tests for large-scale applications.
  • Analyze performance bottlenecks and collaborate with development teams to optimize application scalability.
  • Build and maintain performance testing frameworks and infrastructure.
  • Prepare and present performance test reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Review code and performance-related changes following engineering best practices.
  • Develop supporting automation scripts and tools throughout the SDLC.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of commercial experience as a Performance Engineer or Performance Test Engineer.
  • Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, K6, Gatling, or NeoLoad.
  • Ability to write code or automation scripts using Java, Groovy, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
  • Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and bottleneck troubleshooting.
  • Experience testing REST and/or SOAP services.
  • Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Ansible or similar).
  • Linux administration and deployment experience.
  • DevOps mindset and open-source contributions.
