What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain automated performance tests for large-scale applications.
- Analyze performance bottlenecks and collaborate with development teams to optimize application scalability.
- Build and maintain performance testing frameworks and infrastructure.
- Prepare and present performance test reports with actionable recommendations.
- Review code and performance-related changes following engineering best practices.
- Develop supporting automation scripts and tools throughout the SDLC.
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial experience as a Performance Engineer or Performance Test Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, K6, Gatling, or NeoLoad.
- Ability to write code or automation scripts using Java, Groovy, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and bottleneck troubleshooting.
- Experience testing REST and/or SOAP services.
- Strong communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Ansible or similar).
- Linux administration and deployment experience.
- DevOps mindset and open-source contributions.
