What you will do

• Design and maintain high-quality, performant software aligned with technical requirements.
• Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices to drive long-term technical direction.
• Coordinate delivery timelines, risks, and technical constraints with project management.
• Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and sustainability of roadmap initiatives.
• Improve Agile practices, CI/CD pipelines, and team workflows for increased efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 7-10+ years of experience with C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework.
• Proven experience as a technical leader or lead developer.
• Deep expertise in Azure-native microservices architecture and services (AKS, Functions, Event Hub, AI Search).
• Strong knowledge of security protocols (OAuth 2.0/OKTA), Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Terraform, and RESTful API management.
• Advanced level of English required

Nice to have

• Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog.
• Knowledge of cloud-native services such as SignalR.
• Experience with cache technologies like Redis.
