What you will do

• Develop and optimize cell-based assays to support cell therapy programs.
• Perform immune cell isolation, activation, expansion, and T cell culture.
• Conduct lentiviral vector packaging, titration, and transduction experiments.
• Execute assays including multi-color flow cytometry, ELISA, cytotoxicity assays, and PCR.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data with moderate independence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate constructs and generate reproducible data.

Requirements

• PhD in Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related field OR Master’s degree with 3–6+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in immunology, cell therapy, or gene therapy.
• Proficiency in virology and viral vector systems, specifically lentivirus.
• Expertise in mammalian cell culture and immune cell handling.
• Strong skills in flow cytometry and immunoassays.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
