Salary: $110,000 – $125,000

What you will do

• Support daily peptide API manufacturing including SPPS, HPLC, and lyophilization.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment in real time to minimize downtime.
• Analyze performance metrics like yield and cycle time to drive process improvements.
• Author and maintain SOPs, batch records, and other GMP documentation.
• Coordinate equipment commissioning, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and maintenance.
• Partner with QA/QC and Engineering to ensure regulatory compliance and inspection readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Biochemistry.
• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or chemical manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with peptide synthesis or complex chemical manufacturing processes.
• Working knowledge of cGMP principles and quality systems.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
