What you will do

• Lead end-to-end operations for SIM, eSIM, and number services, including provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Own enterprise number management, focusing on compliance, pool forecasting, and range surrender.
• Oversee SIM ordering and supply chain operations, coordinating with suppliers and kitting processes.
• Manage fixed and mobile number porting operations and resolve platform performance issues.
• Govern supplier contracts, SOWs, SLAs, and infosec compliance for partners like G+D.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance stability, cost efficiency, and service reliability.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in the operational delivery of SIM, eSIM, and number services.
• Expertise in number lifecycle management, including allocation and regulatory compliance.
• Strong background in SIM sourcing, provisioning planning, and stock management.
• Proven track record in managing porting platforms for enterprise and consumer segments.
• Proficiency in supplier ecosystem management and commercial oversight.
• Strong leadership skills for mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
