What you will do

  • Deliver end-to-end onboarding for customers migrating to the hirify.globalTax cloud platform.
  • Conduct remote sessions covering product setup, data migration, and initial workflows.
  • Identify and resolve technical or process blockers, escalating to product teams when necessary.
  • Deliver live training sessions and produce supporting guides and resources to aid customer self-sufficiency.
  • Monitor customer progress and gather feedback to improve the onboarding process and identify feature gaps.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to ensure alignment on migration priorities.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Duleek, Ireland.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing software roles such as onboarding, implementation, or technical support.
  • Proficiency in navigating and troubleshooting SaaS products in real time.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of customer outcomes.
  • Comfortable utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with accounting, tax compliance, or bookkeeping workflows.
  • Knowledge of MTD (Making Tax Digital) requirements.
  • Experience using Customer Success platforms like ChurnZero.
  • Previous involvement in software migration or implementation programs.
