What you will do

• Lead client projects and facilitate high-level technical discussions with global partners.
• Design and coordinate integrated large animal pharmacology research projects independently.
• Guide and support team members to enhance scientific research capabilities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Represent the company at business promotion events, addressing technical inquiries about large animal pharmacology services.
• Collaborate closely with other Business Units and internal teams to align goals.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Pharmaceuticals, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of industry experience, including hands-on involvement and management of large animal pharmacology projects.
• Proven ability to independently design and coordinate integrated scientific projects.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Contract Research Organizations (CROs).
• International study or professional work experience.
