What you will do

  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end bid management activities for SAP and Salesforce-related opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales, presales, delivery, and solution architects to develop winning proposals.
  • Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to define bid strategies and response plans.
  • Manage proposal timelines, governance processes, and submission deadlines.
  • Coordinate solution design inputs, effort estimations, and pricing models.
  • Facilitate bid review meetings, risk assessments, and approval processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in bid management, proposal management, or presales support.
  • Strong understanding of SAP and Salesforce solutions and implementation methodologies.
  • Proven experience managing complex RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and large-scale transformation opportunities.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial awareness regarding pricing, contracts, and proposal governance.
  • English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Cloud solutions (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing Cloud).
  • Bid management certifications (APMP or equivalent).
  • Experience with proposal automation and bid management tools.
  • Background in consulting, system integration, or managed services.
