What you will do

• Manage Salesforce support items, including automation, configuration, and custom coding using APEX and Lightning Web Components.
• Integrate Salesforce with SAP and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Mentor junior team members and support their onboarding and technical development.
• Collaborate with international partners and architects to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement process optimizations for recurring technical issues.
• Design and maintain robust data models and oversee comprehensive process documentation.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce support and development.
• Proven expertise in APEX, Lightning Components, and system integrations.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer or Architect.
• Experience working in multinational teams.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management frameworks.
