What you will do
- Partner with CROs to develop and oversee process workflows for site contracts and investigator payment efficiency.
- Collaborate with AP, Procurement, Finance, and Legal to align workflows and improve execution efficiency.
- Monitor key milestones and resolve bottlenecks affecting site startup and payment timeliness.
- Support reconciliation and drive continuous improvement related to site contracting and payment operations.
- Coordinate vendor due diligence and risk assessment activities with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in scientific, health care, business, or related discipline.
- 7+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO clinical research experience.
- Strong expertise in vendor oversight, site contracts, and investigator payments.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with Finance and Legal departments.
- Working knowledge of GCP, FDA, and ICH Guidelines.
- Must be based in or able to work from Somerset, NJ (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Advanced degree.
- Experience working in SAP/4 Hanna.
- Experience establishing KPIs and oversight models.
- Background in Oncology, cell therapy, or early-phase clinical operations.
