What you will do

• Partner with CROs to develop and oversee process workflows for site contracts and investigator payment efficiency.
• Collaborate with AP, Procurement, Finance, and Legal to align workflows and improve execution efficiency.
• Monitor key milestones and resolve bottlenecks affecting site startup and payment timeliness.
• Support reconciliation and drive continuous improvement related to site contracting and payment operations.
• Coordinate vendor due diligence and risk assessment activities with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in scientific, health care, business, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO clinical research experience.
• Strong expertise in vendor oversight, site contracts, and investigator payments.
• Proven experience working cross-functionally with Finance and Legal departments.
• Working knowledge of GCP, FDA, and ICH Guidelines.
• Must be based in or able to work from Somerset, NJ (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Advanced degree.
• Experience working in SAP/4 Hanna.
• Experience establishing KPIs and oversight models.
• Background in Oncology, cell therapy, or early-phase clinical operations.
