What you will do

• Build and deliver the PLM technical solution infrastructure for the Teamcenter platform.
• Ensure agreed PLM platform performance and security levels through technical initiatives.
• Collaborate with solution vendors to identify and implement technical best practices.
• Work with PLM and DevOps teams to ensure secure development and deployment practices.
• Act as the expert on current and future PLM platform technology and capabilities.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and incident response planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Computer Science.
• Proven experience in large PLM environments (Teamcenter/AWC) covering IT security and performance.
• Technical expertise in Teamcenter, Active Workspace, vulnerability management, and infrastructure security.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
• Knowledge of infrastructure provisioning (on-prem and cloud), network security, and middleware.

Nice to have

• Experience with NX, Polarion, and security standards like ISO27001, NIST CSF, and OWASP.
• Proficiency in Ansible, Terraform, Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of TcSS with enterprise IAM solutions (LDAP, SSO, MFA).
• Dutch language skills.
