Lead IT Risk & Security (Cybersecurity): Leading the local Risk & Security Operations team to ensure DevOps teams operate securely and compliantly within the bank's risk appetite with an accent on governance, SOx compliance, and ITSM process standardization. Focus on translating global CISO policies into pragmatic solutions, driving risk remediation, and steering first-line monitoring across the Finance & Risk domain.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Risk & Security specialists across the Netherlands and Philippines.
• Steer SOx, Key Control Testing, and First Line Monitoring for the CTO Finance & Risk organization.
• Support approximately 1,200 DevOps engineers in implementing and monitoring IT Risk & Security controls.
• Drive risk remediation and ensure the timely closure of audit findings.
• Standardize ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration management.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across CTO, Risk, and CISO domains.

Requirements

• Strong experience in IT Risk, Security, and IT Control environments.
• Solid understanding of SOx, IT controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of IAM, security monitoring, pen-testing, and 3rd party risk management.
• Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and priorities.
• Must be based in or be able to work in a hybrid setup in Amsterdam, Netherlands

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or CISA.
• Experience within ING or a similarly complex corporate environment.
• Bachelor's and Master's degrees.
• Experience in cross-team project management.
