Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Netherlands (Hybrid in Utrecht)
Salary: €4,105–€5,862 gross per month

What you will do
- Manage and maintain user authorisations, roles, and access lifecycles to ensure secure and compliant system access.
- Monitor access maturity and control status using data insights and dashboards to reduce security risks.
- Drive the adoption of role-based access control by identifying and resolving process bottlenecks.
- Advise domain managers and system owners on complex Identity & Access Management (IAM) questions.
- Coordinate access changes during large internal reorganisations to ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with DevOps squads to redesign authorisation roles for improved security and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (HBO) or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Practical experience with authorisation, authentication, and access control in complex environments.
- Minimum 2 years of experience implementing role-based access control, preferably with One Identity tooling.
- Knowledge of risk and security frameworks (e.g., R-IC, SAM).
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience with PowerBi, HALO ITSM, Azure DevOps, Cyberark, or PBAC.
