Authorisation Management Specialist (IAM)

Location: Utrecht, Netherlands; hybrid workplace

Salary: €4,105–€5,862 gross per month for a 36-hour work week

What you will do

• Manage and maintain authorisations, roles, user transfers, and terminations across systems.
• Redesign authorisation roles with DevOps squads to align access with job responsibilities.
• Advise domain managers and system owners on Identity & Access Management questions and access risks.
• Monitor access maturity and control status through dashboards and data insights.
• Drive adoption of role-based access control and translate bottlenecks into process improvements.
• Coordinate access changes during internal reorganisations to avoid disruption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in Identity & Access Management and hands-on experience with authorisation, authentication, and access control in complex environments.
• At least 2 years of practical experience implementing role-based access control, preferably with One Identity tooling.
• Knowledge of risk and security frameworks such as R-IC or SAM.
• Strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative working style.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, HALO ITSM, Azure DevOps, CyberArk, or PBAC.
