What you will do

• Provide technical and process support to ensure the daily operation of MES applications.
• Execute service requests from IT functions, business users, and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate testing activities, maintain test evidence, and ensure GxP compliance.
• Manage change requests end-to-end, including testing, documentation, and communication.
• Perform system performance analysis, capacity planning, and security reviews.
• Handle technical operations such as patching, upgrades, and disaster recovery tests.

Requirements

• Solid experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ideally in pharma.
• Advanced/Fluent English proficiency.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Linux, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of GxP standards and OT environments in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona.
• Experience with IT infrastructure technologies, ideally including Citrix.

Nice to have

• Experience with Körber PAS-X 3.2 or newer.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or RedHat OpenShift.
• Experience with Oracle database administration.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in production processes.
