What you will do

• Research, identify, and qualify land opportunities through market analysis and field investigation.
• Develop and implement comprehensive real estate development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis, including cost estimation, revenue projections, and risk assessment.
• Lead complex transaction negotiations to acquire land and secure power contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare progress reports and executive presentations for senior management and investors.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English required
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Leadership experience in site selection for industrial-scale projects and real estate acquisition.
• Proven experience in negotiating complex real estate transactions and contract formation.
• Knowledge of the Data Centre industry and German market dynamics.
• Ability to travel across EMEA as required
