What you will do

• Evaluate and improve optimization algorithms for digital campaign activation.
• Design, develop, and test new products and features.
• Process and analyze massive datasets involving billions of impressions and millions of variables.
• Operate production environments, investigate issues, and implement scalable solutions.
• Collaborate in multi-functional agile teams with end-to-end responsibility for delivery.
• Perform code reviews and provide system design guidance to team members.

Requirements

• Masters degree in applied mathematics, machine learning, statistics, or operations research.
• 3+ years of programming experience in Python, C++, or C#.
• Experience with DevOps practices including Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud computing environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor mid-level engineers.
• Must be based in Paris, France.
