What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of machine learning problems from initial concept to deployment.
• Design and deploy predictive models for pricing, bidding, and forecasting.
• Develop scalable feature engineering and data pipelines for large datasets.
• Define and implement rigorous experimentation frameworks and validation protocols.
• Maintain production-grade MLOps, including monitoring, drift detection, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ML initiatives with business performance KPIs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in applied machine learning with production ownership.
• Strong Python proficiency including pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Deep understanding of statistics, model evaluation, and experimentation design.
• Experience managing model lifecycles and CI/CD integration within MLOps principles.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous challenges and translate business trade-offs into modeling decisions.
• Experience working with large-scale, performance-critical data systems.
